Happy to complete my first year with "Botho University", Botswana.... This is my first experience serving abroad....
I hardly see difference among the students i am serving here and i have served in India....
Both Students Community have eagerness and willingness to gain knowledge on new technologies...
Both Students Community show due respect (despite of the totally variant cultures prevailing in both the countries) when we could develop our capacity to deliver our lecture clearly and with real time examples....the ultimate aim is to make them understand...
I could understand that, all the education system irrespective of countries, cultures, boundaries etc should focus/ insist on providing education to the students which can insist on global values pertaining Humanity and Good Hope (Positive approach) along with technology. Only this could help the next generation to make this world a "better place to live not to leave"
This one year of my life gave me different exposures and experiences.....It makes me to think across borders.....That is a good sign for increasing boundaries in "Thoughts"....
Induces me to travel more to explore more.....
One line which keeps on tickling my mind and make some sense now, which i studied in my early school days..." Yaathum Oore....Yaavarum Keleer....Theedhum Nandrum Pirar Thara Vaara".

"அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்களை பற்றி 2001ல் தான் கேள்விப்பட்டேன்.....அவர் எழுதிய அக்னிசிறகுகள் புத்தகத்தை படித்த பின் என் வாழ்கையில் ஆசையாய் இருந்த ஆசிரியர் பணி லட்சியமாக மாறியது..... 2002ல் எனது லட்சியம் சிறகுகள் பெற்று பறக்கத் தொடங்கியது ....வீட்டில் என் நண்பர்களுக்கு பேச்சு வழி ஆங்கிலம் கற்றுத்தர தொடங்கினேன்.....பின்னர் அது வளர்ந்து....தேவை என்று வந்தவர்களுக்கு இலவசமாக பேச்சு வழி ஆங்கிலம், மேடைப்பேச்சி, தன்னம்பிக்கை வகுப்புகள் என்று சிறகுகள் வேகமாக சிறகடித்தது..... 2003 ஆம் ஆண்டு எனது கல்லூரியின் ரோடராக்ட் சங்கத்தின் தலைவரானேன்....கடலூர் முழுவதும் எனது நண்பர்களோடு இணைந்து கல்வி விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகள், சிறைச்சாலையில் ஆங்கில வகுப்புகள், பார்வையற்றோருக்கு கணினி வகுப்புகள் என்று சிறகுகள் மேலும் வேகமாக சிறகடித்தது....நல்ல நண்பர்கள் கிடைத்தார்கள் ... 2006ல் படிப்பை முடித்து கல்லூரியில் விரியுரையாளராக பணியமர்ந்தேன்....கனவுகளோடு சென்ற எனக்கு கனவும் நிஜமும் வேறு என்பதை என் பணி அனுபவம் உணர்த்தியது.....அனுபவம் இல்லாததால் என் போராட்டங்கள் தோல்வியில் முடிந்தது.... என் கனவும் உடைந்தது.... கலாம் அய்யா அவர்களின் புத்தகங்களும், இணையத்தில் பார்த்த அவருடைய பேச்சும் மீண்டும் என் கனவு உரு பெற்றது.....2020 ல் ஒரு பல்கலைகழகம் தொடங்கி அதன் மூலம் இலவசமாக கல்வி சேவை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பது தான் அந்த கனவு...."கல்வியை விற்பது தாய்ப்பாலை விற்பதற்கு சமம்" என்று எதோ ஒரு புத்தகத்தில் படித்தேன்....அது என் அழ் மனதில் அப்படியே பதிந்தது.....என் ஆசிரியப்பணியில் பல தவறுகள் செய்திருக்கிறேன்....அதை திருத்திக்கொண்டும் வருகிறேன்......என் தவறுகளுக்காக மனம் வருந்துகிறேன்....பகிரங்கமாக என் மாணவர்களிடம் மன்னிப்பு கேட்கிறேன்......என் கனவுகளுக்காக என் சிறகுகளை மேலும் வேகமாக சிறகடிக்க முயல்கிறேன்.....". இதுவே அவருக்கு நான் சமர்பிக்கும் புஷ்பாஞ்சலி..... என்னைப் பற்றி நான் யோசிக்க நினைத்தால் 2001 இற்கு மேல் தான் சில வரிகளாவது இருக்கிறது.....அதற்கு முன் ஒன்றும் இல்லை......இன்றைய பல இளைங்கர்கள் வாழ்கையை போல் என் வாழ்கையையும்.... "அக்னிசிறகுகளுக்கு முன் - அக்னிசிறகுகளுக்கு பின்" என்றே அடையாளம் பார்க்கலாம்.... நன்றி அப்துல் கலாம் அய்யா அவர்களே.....நீங்கள் எனக்கு என் தந்தையாக, தாத்தாவாக, ஆசிரியராக, நண்பனாக, ஏன் நான் வணங்கும் தெய்வமாக இருந்தீர்கள்.....என் நினைவு உள்ளவரை இருபிர்கள்... என்ன....உங்களை ஒரு முறை நேரில் பார்க்க முடியவில்லை என்பது தான் என் வருத்தம்..... என் நண்பர்களுக்கும் என் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் என் நன்றியை தெரிவிக்க எந்த களம் ஒரு நல்வாய்ப்பாக கருதுகிறேன்... நண்பர்கள் : Arun Antony Nivas, T. Trip India July 2015.... at Sunday, August 02, 2015 Posted by nitheesh

Nice time with my family in India's Trip.....Quite new experience this time in India....Surprised and eager to see my Junior...Mughilan is the name we have selected....Wanted to name him in Tamil...Lucky to be upgraded Business Class from Dubai to Chennai...As usual received with comments by my friends Shaffath, Rahman and Muruks!!!....Spent some time with them...Met Ram Kumar in his new bought house, went to Thiruvanmiyur Beach and then started to Puducherry around 1 am as planned to go directly and meet my new born son and my wife....Awesome Feeling which could not be expressed.....Met Jeyanthi Madam.....Went to Neyveli to do rituals for my grandfather who passed away...Oh my god...21 days of leave....time spent in India went just like that.....alsoo all my savings melted down in this trip....Sorry for my friends....missed to give treat for them...hope for sure will treat them great in my next trip....awaiting to come back to India as soon as my wife and son's permits are released in Bostwana to bring them with me....Prayers to GOD for gifting me all he did in my life......
